The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it only to respond and deliver the service, and your documents are never used to train public AI models.

What we collect

Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, organization, membership counts, messages) and, if you request an analysis, the documents you choose to upload. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages requested) are kept for security and aggregate analytics.

How we use it

To respond to you, deliver the analysis and services you request, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your documents to train public AI models. Service providers that process data for us (hosting, form handling, email) do so under contract and only for these purposes.

Retention & your choices

We keep submissions as long as needed for the purpose you sent them; you can request access, correction, or deletion at any time at hello@collectivebargainingagreement.com. Canadian clients may request Canadian data residency for engagement documents.
